A certified personal trainer, motivational speaker, and fitness influencer. My fitness journey started on December 29, 2020. My highest weight was over 429 pounds. I was on bed rest and unable to be the active mom I wanted to be. As a mom of four, I know how hard it is to prioritize your health while juggling family life.
